58th UPCSA (2025) Order Form

It’s time to order the 58th UPCSA Materials (UPCSA 2025). We wanted to inform you of some important updates for this year. First, we’ve made the decision to send the UPCSA packets directly to parishioners, which will help ease the burden on parishes. If you normally include a letter from the pastor in the UPCSA materials, we encourage you to still do so. However, please mail the letter directly to parishioners when your UPCSA campaign begins. We’ve also updated this year’s ordering schedule to ensure we provide the most accurate parish information. We are offering two ordering periods: If your UPCSA campaign takes place between April and July, please submit your order form by February 28, 2025.If your UPCSA campaign is between July and October, please wait until May 2, 2025 to place your order. This will ensure you receive the most accurate parishioner list. To recap, the order form deadlines are: By February 28, 2025, for campaigns between April and July. By May 2, 2025, for campaigns between July and October. Please complete this order form to indicate when you will be hosting your campaign and fill out the order form if applicable.
