NLT Academy is pleased to offer our After School Program for families that need care for their children beyond the normal school day. Please note the After School Program registration is REQUIRED for students participating in any sports or cheer programs.

Please complete and submit one form per student enrolling in the After School Program.

**Payment Options**

Please note that payment dates vary depending on the selected payment option. You will receive an invoice from FACTS as a reminder to make your payment according to your chosen option. Additionally, you can pay via CashApp ($NLTAcademy1). Please type "aftercare - [name of student]" in the note box. If payment is not made within three (3) days ofof the deadline, the Billing Department will contact you for payment. Non-payment will result in your child's enrollment in the afterschool program being forfeited.

**PLEASE NOTE THE FEE IS PER STUDENT. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. **

• The After School Program will operate from August 26, 2025 - May 16, 2026.
• The After School Program is closed on all Academy non-student days, developments, holidays, breaks, and additional dates noted on the school calendar.
• Hours of operation are 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday- Friday (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays
• Parents must pick their child up by 5:30 P.M. or a late fee of $20 per family, will be assessed per 15 minutes, starting at 5:30 P.M. Late fees must be paid upon pick up. Unpaid late fees will be added to the next month's automatic withdrawal.
• Excessive late pick up (5 or more per term), may cause the child to be suspended from the program for the duration of one term.
• A registration fee of $150 per child per term/ $65 per child per month, is charged for the After School program. If the credit/debit withdrawal is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, a $35 NSF fee will be charged. Failure to resolve the outstanding balance, with a three day span, will result in your child being expelled from the After School Program (including sports - i.e. cheerleading, football, basketball, etc
• Students participating in sports (i.e. basketball, cheerleading, football, etc at the Academy, must pay the after school program fee of $150 per child per term / $65 per child per month in addition to the sports uniform fees, liability insurance, etc. as listed in the Sports Packet.
• Parents leaving their child in the After School Program for daily aftercare must notify the school and pay the $10 daily fee by 1pm the same day.
• Should the parent choose to transition from daily participation to monthly or term registration, an After School Program form will need to be completed. For monthly registration, $65 will be debited for the current month, regardless of the number of days attended. For quarterly/term registration, $150 will be debited for the current term, regardless of the number of day/months attended.
• Disrespect of any kind towards the NLT Academy staff, refusal to follow instructions, fighting, bullying of any type, are grounds for immediate dismissal. There will be no refund of the registration fee.
• If a child is expelled and a parent refuses to pick up their child, the Academy reserves the right to contact the authorities immediately, and the parent will be charged the daily fee of $10 per student.
• Should a parent choose to withdraw their student from the program, the parent must submit a written notice, (email is acceptable), to apierre@YourNLT.com. There is no refund for early withdrawal from the program, and funds are non-transferrable.

Positive attitudes keep the After School Program fun. Below are some guidelines participants are expected to follow:

• Respect yourself and the NLT Academy Staff.
• Resolve disagreements in a positive way.
• Play fairly and be honest.
• Avoid inappropriate language.
• Be respectful of other members and their property.
• Display good sportsmanship.
• Eat and drink in designated areas.
• Follow the instructions of the NLT Academy Staff.
• Take care of the NLT Academy facility, grounds and equipment.
• If you make a mess, clean it up.
