Pearl at the Mailbox working board application. The purpose of the Pearl at the Mailbox working board is to provide guidance and support to the founder and ensure Pearl at the Mailbox achieves its mission and operates in a financially sustainable manner, in which all board members will be involved in fundraising, representing Pearl at the Mailbox as community ambassadors, be a connection maker and actively seek speaking opportunities for Pearl at the Mailbox. A board member of Pearl at the Mailbox will be required to become a $10 monthly donor to show others that you support the mission of Pearl at the Mailbox, will serve on the board for a term of 2-years minimum, will meet 4-times a year for virtual board meetings, be accessible for emails, phone calls and volunteer opportunities, as needed, and be active with communications of activities supporting Pearl at the Mailbox, be available to convene for virtual meetings on essential issues that arise. Find at least four speaking engagements for Sheri each year and raise $200 per year in donations. When representing Pearl at the Mailbox in any manner, any donations received will belong to Pearl at the Mailbox. All Pearl at the Mailbox board members agree to the terms listed here when completing and submitting this application. Working board means that the board members will be active in helping Pearl at the Mailbox grow.

Pearl at the Mailbox is an exciting and engaged working board. Board members must fulfill all listed at the top of this application. Board members are expected to be timely and present at every meeting, with a maximum of one absence from board meetings. Between work within and outside of meetings, hours of commitment would probably vary between 3 and 10 hours per month. Board members are expected to commit to the role for a minimum of two years. Will you be able to make this commitment to Pearl at the Mailbox?
