We're thrilled to invite you to join us for the 2026 EAF Annual Summer Gathering at Dickens Lodge in Sevierville, TN! This event will take place from June 17 to June 21st, offering an incredible opportunity to connect, learn, and share experiences with fellow adoptees in a beautiful, natural setting. The $250 fee covers all your food, housing, and a wide range of activities designed to make this a truly memorable experience.

We can't wait to welcome you, but please note that the final payment deadline is May 31st. Whether you choose to pay in full or utilize one of our installment options, we're here to support you.

Tips for Saving Money and Raising Funds:

Create a Budget: Track your monthly expenses and identify areas where you can cut back, even temporarily.
Set Money Aside: Consider setting aside $20 each week starting in March. By may 31st, you will have saved the full amount needed to attend.
Start a Fundraising Campaign: Consider asking friends/family to support you in reaching your goal.
