Team Exalt – Application Guidelines

Team Exalt may be a new brand, but we bring years of experience, knowledge, and a clear vision for what we expect from our team.

Before you proceed, it’s important to understand what team truly means to us. Too often in this industry, what is called a “team” is simply a group of individuals working side by side. That is not our approach. Many racers have negative experiences with sponsorships because they chase discounts instead of culture. At Team Exalt, we define a team as a small, focused group of people with diverse strengths and skills, united by common goals and committed to maximizing each other’s performance.

We have built a strong core group of racers we proudly call family. Please know that joining Team Exalt is about far more than product discounts—it’s about commitment, accountability, and shared growth. Our mission is to help each other improve, support the sport, and elevate the industry. We take this responsibility seriously and expect the same from anyone who applies.
