Application Procedure for Commercial Properties
If you wish to apply for a commercial rental property, please follow the procedure outlined below:
Some landlords have specific requirements and restrictions, so please complete the Preliminary Application Form, and we will be in touch if we can proceed with offering you a viewing.
If your application is accepted, a non-refundable application fee of £175 + VAT will be payable before we proceed with formal referencing.
All required forms and steps must be completed before your application can be formally considered. All tenants and businesses will be subject to referencing.
Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
By providing us with the requested information, you consent to us obtaining, holding, and using your personal and business data in connection with commercial lettings. We will use this information for communication purposes and may share it with relevant third parties, such as landlords, utility providers, and referencing agencies, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Important Information
• If you choose to withdraw your application before paying the application fee and starting the formal referencing process, no costs will apply.
• Information provided in the application form and during referencing will be considered by the Landlord when making their decision. Any false or inaccurate information may result in the loss of the application fee.
• Normie Limited may use a third-party referencing agent for checks, and by applying, you agree to be contacted by them.
• Business tenants must ensure they understand their lease obligations, including repair and maintenance responsibilities, rent review terms, and permitted use clauses.

I hereby confirm that the information provided by me is, to the best of my knowledge, true, and I consent to its verification by any necessary means. I agree that Normie Limited or their approved agent may contact any third parties detailed in this form and may search the files of a Credit Reference Agency, keeping a record of that search.
I understand that defaulting on any rental payment may result in information about the default being recorded with a Credit Reference Agency, which may then supply that information to other credit companies. In the event of any default concerning the covenants in my tenancy agreement, the information in this application may be disclosed to one or more tracing companies and/or debt collection agencies to assist in recovering any monies due.
I acknowledge that providing false or misleading information in this application may constitute a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibits misleading actions and omissions in commercial transactions. Such a breach may be grounds for termination of the tenancy and could lead to legal consequences.
