We are not responsible if you make the wrong selection here. Please make sure you check if the area you are sending documents to is a U.S. territory as this option includes an $18 per document for U.S. Territories. If not selected properly, it may slow your turn around time without a refund and incurr additional charges.

Hague and Non-Hague countries change fairly regularly. Please note we do our very best to keep the list up-to-date but do require all clients to verify if they've confirmed if their country of choice is part of the Hague Apostille Convention or not. Please select an option below:*

We do have professional document translators who can translate your documents for $50 per page. Do your documents need to be translated?*

You must confirm with the receiving party. Refunds are not given if you have documents translated that do not need to be translated.

What language must your documents be translated into?*

How many pages of your documents must be translated? Please note. This is not the same as how many documents must be notarized. For a 20-page document, it may only count as one Notarized document if there is only one notarial act at the end. In short, translated documents are much different than Notarial acts. *

What Turn Around Time Do You Need for your Apostille service?*

If you need the Notary to print the documents for your appointment, please upload them here. This option is only available for documents that have not yet been signed. Also, you must upload your documents if you have selected Remote Online Notarization as your meeting option. If using Remote Online Notarization, you must always check with the receiving party if they will accept Remote Online Notarization.
