LICENSE APPLICATION
This is an application for a License to conduct a Miss America (MAO) Local Preliminary Competition in the State of Kentucky. Once your application is received and reviewed you will be contacted by a Field Director of the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization (MKO).
By applying for this License, it is understood that all Licensees must:
Enter into a Local License Agreement with the MKO | Pay an annual License Fee to MAO and to MKO | Award, at least, $500 in cash scholarships | Award the official MAO local preliminary crowns and sashes | Send one representative to any and all local organization meetings | Submit a Winners Report within 72 hours of local competition | Submit an Operating Report by the due date established by the MKO | Conduct the local competition only on the date approved by the MKO | Conduct the local competition in accordance with MAO and MKO Competition Guidelines
