The Spring Carnival Market will be held on Satuday, April 26, 2025 at East Gresham Elementary School (EGES). This event is being run by the Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) of East Gresham Elementary and all proceeds will benefit the school community. The market will be one element of the Spring Carnival event. Other elements will be carnival games, entertainement, food and a student market.
The event will be open from 10:00-2:00. Vendors will be able to set up from 8:00-10:00am Saturday morning. Vendors are to provide all items needed to set up their booth. Vendors must remain open until scheduled event finish time of 2:00pm. No early take downs.
We have two vendor space options. A 10'x10' booth and a 6' table. The fee for one 10'x10' booth is $60. The fee for a 6' table is $40. Due to building layout, there are limits on each option. All vendor spaces will be outdoors, but under one of two covered areas.
The PTSO reserves the right to limit the number of vendors with similar items. All items will be under review. Make sure to submit quality photos and thorough descriptions of your items and why they are unique.
Applications are due by March 20th. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors not selected will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if an opening becomes available. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by March 25, 2024. Once accepted, the vendor fee will be due within 10 business days via our online portal.
The East Gresham Elementary school and PTSO are not responsible for accidents or for items lost, stolen or damaged.
