  • Join us for our ninth annual Dills Celtic Festival at the Historic Dills Tavern. The festival is hosted by the Northern York County Historical & Preservation Society (NYCHAPS).

    Celtic crafters, aritsans, musicians, vendors of traditional Celtic foods and beverages, and more are invited to be a part of the festival. This will be a celebratory event of the Celtic history and heritage of what is now Northern York County for the entire family!

    Friday, April 17th from 4:30pm to 9:00pm
    Saturday, April 18th from 10:00am to 6:30pm

    The Historic Dills Tavern provides a unique setting for vendors and guests to experience the history of Dillsburg and the surrounding area. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available on a first come first served basis. The indoor spaces are unique and set within the historic rooms of Dills Tavern and the adjacent Log Barn.  Outdoor spaces are readily available. Only vendors with Celtic and Celtic themed items will be accepted. Vendors will be notified of acceptance.

    Spaces for vendors are 10'x10' allotments with access on three sides for the price of $75 for one or both days if contract and payment are received by January 15, 2026, or $100 if received after January 15, 2026. Vendors will only be accepted up until March 25th or until spaces are filled. A space will only be reserved once a contract and fee are received. Additional space may be purchased at the same rate and will be adjacent. Vendors must provide their own table and chairs. All items must be stored within the allotted space and no items may be places outside of the space for safety purposes. If your merchandise exceeds your 10'x10' space, please request and pay for an additional space. There will be a security presence overnight for those wishing to attend both days. Pets are not allowed unless they are properly marked service dogs or are an attraction approved by the festival.

    • Friday, April 17th, 2026: Set up will begin at 1:00pm and gate opens at 4:30pm
    • Saturday, April 18th, 2026: Set up will begin at 7:30am and gate opens at 10:00am.
    • Spaces will be assigned first come first served and are at the discretion of NYCHAPS.
    • Vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds at least 15 minutes before gates open.

    *Inside spaces are limited and will be assigned only after contract and fee are received. All vendor placements are at the discretion of NYCHAPS. All vendors should be prepared to be outside. The festival committee wil have final approval of all vendors.

    The Vendor agrees to the following:

    • Set-up and tear down promptly at the designated times.
    • A commitment to be present for the entire time, barring severe weather.
    • Occupy only the space paid for and reserved.
    • Provide own tables, chairs, self-powered lighting, and all things necessary for participation.
    • Each vendor is entitled to 2 passes. If you need more, please contact us.

  • Vendor spaces are $75 (before Jan 15th) or $100 (after Jan 15th). If you are paying by check, simply sign the form without filling in the credit card info. Make checks payable to NYCHAPS with Dills Celtic Festival in the memo and mail to NYCHAPS, PO Box 340, Dillsburg, PA 17019.

    Fee is non-refundable
