Additional Information
This application is the first step toward purchasing a puppy from Noble Cascade. It does not guarantee the purchase of a puppy from this or any future litter, and you are under no obligation to purcahse a puppy if approved. Noble Cascade reserves the right to deny puppy placement at any time; however, this is unlikely.

APPLICATION AND RESERVATION:

We will review applications within a reasonable time in the order they are submitted. You will be notified through email if your application is approved or denied. We may also reach out if we need additional information from you.

Approved applicants will be notified through email once reservations are open. Approved applicants can choose to reserve a puppy or remain on the waiting list. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. At the confirmation of the litter, 3 males and 3 females will be available to reserve. Once the puppies are born, the remaining puppies will be available to reserve. When you make a reservation and place a non-refundable deposit, you're confirming your intention to welcome a puppy into your home. If your first choice isn't available, you'll have the option to either move your deposit to a future litter, giving you priority on our waiting list, or choose from any remaining puppies that match your second preference within this litter.

Puppy Matching:

Puppies are matched with their potential owners based on the family, lifestyle, goals, and preferences. We will match puppies to their potential owners at 7 weeks of age, after they have completed their temperament testing (performed by an outside temperament evaluator) and structure evaluation by a licensed show judge. Matches will be based on the information provided during this puppy application process so please be honest and provide as much information as possible. The results from the Puppy Aptitude Test & PAWS Working Dog Evaluation (for potential working dogs), the structure exam, and our observations from the previous 7 weeks will also weigh on the puppy matching. We'll reach out to each new owner to discuss the matches we've identified, and help them choose the puppy that aligns with their family, lifestyle, goals, and preferences.

GOING HOME:

All puppies will go home no sooner than 8 weeks of age to ensure they remain with their mother and siblings during this crucial development time.

Puppies must be picked up between 8 and 9 weeks of age. For the well-being and social development of the puppies, it's essential that they join their new families within a timely manner; therefore we're unable to accommodate extended stays. unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon. If you have travel plans or other commitments that would interfere with a puppy, remember that puppies cannot be boarded until they have received their full immunizations, including their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. Exceptions are made for puppies who are being exported to countries requiring a quarentine prior to entry.

FOREVER HOME GUARANTEE:

Every puppy from Noble Cascade is guaranteed a safe and loving home for life. We want to ensure they never experience the stress of shelter life or not having a family. Therefore, if you can no longer care for your dog, you must return them to us. We will accept them back unconditionally without question or judgement.

CONTRACT:

Noble Cascade requires a signed contract and will not allow a puppy to go home without one. This comprehensive agreement protects both the buyer and the breeder, ensuring a clear understanding of our respective obligations and helps prevent misunderstandings. If you have any questions about the contract, please contact us prior to picking up your puppy. You may email us for a copy of a puppy contract (Companion/Pet, Show Dog, Breeding Prospect, Working Dog, etc.).

SPAY/NEUTER REQUIREMENTS:

All puppies sold on a Companion/Pet Contract are required to undergo spay/neuter surgery after 18 months of age.

A puppy with breeding rights requires that puppy to meet specific criteria set by the breeder. The buyer is required to agree and fullfil the terms of the Breeding Prospect Contract to obtain breeding rights.

REGISTRATION:

Puppies are registered with the Federacion Canofila de Puerto Rico (FCPR) and United Kennel Club (UKC). Upon request, puppies can be registered with the International All Breed Canine Association (IABCA).

Noble Cascade White Swiss Shepherds are NEVER to be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) or any other registry as German Shepherd Dogs.
