For the purposes of this waiver, "Witches Ink LTD," doing business as "Crystals and Sun Signs" (hereafter referred to as "Witches Ink LTD"), refers to the same legal entity.

Acknowledgments:

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation: You are voluntarily choosing to use the infrared sauna and assume all risks associated with its use.

Health Responsibility: You have disclosed any relevant health information and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary.

Hydration: You will hydrate adequately before and after your session.

Attire: Appropriate attire, such as a bathing suit, loose clothing or at min underwear, must be worn during the session.

Hygiene: You must sit on a towel during the session and avoid direct contact with the sauna surfaces.

Personal Items: You will not bring food, drinks (other than water), or electronic devices into the sauna.

Conduct: You will maintain respectful behavior and adhere to the facility's guidelines during your session.

Sauna Settings: You will not change the time settings on the sauna, you are authorized to adjust the temperature but advise that it rises slowly and your time will not be extended.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to use the infrared sauna, you hereby release Witches Ink LTD, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may result from your use of the sauna, except where such liability is caused by gross negligence.

Client Responsibility for Damages:

I understand and agree that I am responsible for any damage I may cause to the infrared sauna or any other equipment or facilities at Witches Ink LTD and all businesses under this structure. I agree to use the facilities and equipment properly and follow all provided instructions and guidelines. Should any damage occur as a result of my misuse or negligence, I agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement as determined by Witches Ink LTD.
