ORUUC Childcare Request Form
If you or your group need childcare for a church meeting or event, please complete this form TWO WEEKS in advance. Childcare is provided for children ages 10 and under only. Once you click "Submit," the form will go directly to ORUUC's Multigenerational Coordinator Whitney Cole, who will arrange childcare for your church function. If you have not received a response within two days, please contact the Church Office at 865-483-6761. Thank you.

Disclaimer
The individuals providing childcare for ORUUC meetings and events are teenagers, ages 14 and up, who have completed an application and background check with ORUUC. They are required to have prior babysitting experience and/or formal training (completion of the Red Cross Babysitter Course(s)) in order to apply. ORUUC's teenage childcare workers are NOT Red Cross CPR certified. A minimum of two (2) childcare workers will be provided for large churchwide events (Congregational Meetings, workshops, and other special events); one (1) childcare worker will be present for small group meetings, unless the individual filling out the form requests additional childcare support. Parents are expected to remain on site during the church meeting or event for which they have requested childcare.
