 ✔️ Round-trip First class flight

✔️ 2 night hotel stay + incidental fee

✔️ Round-trip Uber transportation

✔️ 2-hour session per day

✔️ Extended time or extra session

✔️ Dinner or social time (if comfortable)

✔️ Exclusivity (if requested)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All sponsorships are non-refundable. Once a sponsorship is confirmed, funds are immediately allocated for booking travel and accommodations.

• If the sponsor cancels, the sponsorship fee will not be refunded, as travel plans and time have already been set aside.

• If travel is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations, weather, emergencies), rescheduling may be possible at the sponsor’s expense.

• If for any reason I need to cancel, the sponsor will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.

• Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of travel) will result in forfeiture of the sponsorship with no rescheduling option.

Sponsorship Agreement

• Sponsorship includes full coverage of round trip flight, hotel, and round trip Uber for the the trip.

• In exchange, sponsor receives a session depending on which tier chosen.

• Payment for Travel arrangements must be paid in advance to secure booking.
