I have and do hold harmless the “Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club” (HVMC), its officers, helpers, workers, and event participants, from any demands and causes of action of any and every nature whatsoever resultant from injuries, including death, and/or damages to myself, my spouse, my children, including minors, guests and/or property as a result of my usage of the HVMC club property or equipment. I also agree to hold harmless the owners of any other properties used by HVMC for a sanctioned event or recreation for losses or injuries, including death. I acknowledge the risk of injury to my person and property, while using or working HVMC property for any purpose. I will rely on my own judgment and ability while on HVMC property and assume all risks of injury or damage arising from such usage. I will not sue or make any claim whatsoever against the “Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club”, its organizations or organizers as a result of such usage.
