Thank you for your interest in learning English with EDUCAFE.

Educafe language support courses are designed to encourage individuals to improve their English, so that they can access community support, healthcare, Further Education, training, and employment opportunities.

Our next courses are free to HK BNO residents of West Berkshire (please see the details bellow). You may need to buy workbooks and course books.

General English for Hong Kongers. Mixed ability (Beginners and Improvers are WELCOME) FACE TO FACE (start - 16th September 2025, Tuesdays 10:00-12:00, Newbury town centre, 20 weeks course)

These take place in public buildings like schools, the library, Town Hall or Family Hubs.

* ELIGIBILITY Most of our courses are FREE.  HK learners need to live in West Berkshire and to hold HK BNO Visa Status (less that 3 years), we will need to see your passport / share code and proof of address.

Students are expected to attend a minimum of 6-sessions. If you leave the course without attending 6-sessions there is an administration fee of £145.

However, we ensure that any third parties with access to your data adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

4. Data Storage and Retention: Your data is securely stored in a database. We do not keep paper records. Digital copies of personal and ID documents will be destroyed after 12 months or sooner. We retain your data for a maximum of 5 years, after which it will be securely deleted.

5. Your Rights: You have the right to request actions regarding your data, such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. If you have any concerns or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us using the provided contact information.
