Retroworld Expo is happy to have submissions to host a panel at the show. We have a limited number of spots available and all applications are reviewed after all special guest panel assignments are made. Because of this decisions on panel submissions aren't made until we get closer to the show. All requests will be responded to no later than August 15th 2026 regarding panel application approval status. Unfortunately submitting for a panel does NOT guarantee panel approval.
