    I have received and understand the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market, Rules and Regulations, and the Requirements for Market Vendors. After I have been approved by the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market staff, I understand that I will be an authorized vendor at the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market and agree to abide by all the Rules and Regulations and the Requirements for Market Vendors. I understand that I may be required to have a Market Vendor Permit. Should I wish to sell products not listed on this form, I will submit them for approval before the intended sell date of March 15, 2025.

  • I hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold harmless for any, and all, purposes the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market, its officers, employees, successors, assigns, sponsors and volunteers (collectively “Brand by Zanders”) from any, and all, liabilities, claims, demands, personal injury including death, or property damage that may be sustained by me while participating in the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market events, including injuries or damages sustained as a result of the negligence of the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market.

  • Contract Agreement

    • I have read the Contract, Rules and Regulations, and Requirements for Market Vendors regarding the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market.
    • By paying the $50 vendor fee, I agree to the conditions and terms of this contract. I understand once approved, PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE received 2 business days prior to the intended market day.
    • It is understood and agreed by applicant that this entire document constitutes a contract between the Vendor and the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market only when staff confirms this contract.
    • Confirmations will be via email and/or phone. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required before acceptance and confirmation of this contract. Verbal agreements or promises made verbally and not specifically stated and confirmed in writing, as part of this Contract, will not be binding.
    • I attest that the information provided is true and accurate. I agree to comply with the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market Rules and Regulations and Requirements Market Vendors, as well as all applicable guidelines as specified by state and federal guidelines.
    • I understand that failure to do so may result in revocation or suspension of the permit/application.                                              
    • This application is effective for the Brand by Zanders, Zanders Pop-Up Market, March 15, 2025 unless revoked for a cause.
  • Confirmation

    BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
