Your decision to donate clothing to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center means more than you know. Every shirt, pair of shoes, and warm jacket you give brings comfort, dignity, and hope to our neighbors living on the streets. Quality Assurance Check

We care about our community members and, regardless of their level of need, everyone deserves to wear clothes and shoes that inspire a sense of dignity. Considering this, we require all donors to attest to the following statements prior to accepting any donations:
INITIAL HERE* The items I'm donating are in good, new or like new condition.
INITIAL HERE* All of my items have been properly cleaned/washed and are free of stains, odors, pet hair and anything else that could be unsanitary or compromise the quality of the item. If not applicable, type N/A
INITIAL HERE* All of my items are appropriate for donation to a faith-based organization — meaning modest attire free of profanity and obscene references (such as drugs, alcohol, crime, skulls, etc). If not applicable, type N/A
Due to a lack of demand, we do not accept donations of women's business attire, gowns nor high heels.*
