Tabletop Exhibit Space and Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibitors and sponsors will be promoted through the event website, in event promotional emails and other communication, in conference materials and during the 2026 Plastic Product Decorating Summit.

Tabletop Exhibit

Tabletop Exhibit Space ($1,900) - Includes a 6' draped table and one registration for the entire conference for one exhibitor staff member. Supplier Trade Fair will be open September 2, with breakfast and lunch held in the exhibit space to ensure time with attendees.Tabletop Exhibit Space: Additional Representative ($450) - Tabletop exhibitors can add one additional staff member for a reduced cost.

Sponsorship

Grand Slam Sponsor ($750) - Breakfast and Lunch Sponsor for the Event (includes recognition signage during breakfast and lunch service)Home Run Sponsor ($500) - Bar sponsor for the Wednesday Networking Event during the Supplier Trade Fair and IMDA Awards Reception (includes company logo on drink ticket)First Pitch Sponsor ($500) - Bar sponsor for the Sugar Land Space Cowboys Baseball Networking Event on Tuesday evening (includes recognition signage on the bar)

Commercial Presentation

Commercial Presentation Slot ($500) - A five-minute presentation spot is available during conference programming to promote your company's latest technologies and services. Available only to tabletop exhibitors. (limit: first three companies to respond)

Optional Event:

Sugar Land Space Cowboys Baseball Game: $95 per person, including game, buffet meal and two beverages in a private event space during the Sugar Land Space Cowboys / Reno Aces game on Sept. 1. Transportation not provided.
