2025 Bergen Elite Cross Country, Track and Field Summer Training
We are excited to offer the FIRST Specialized cross country, track and field summer training program. Only a limited number of participants will be accepted. Dates: June 23rd to August 1st 2025 at Westwood Regional High School, Monday-Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We will attend meets that will be announced when the summer schedule is posted (additional fee) The cost of this training program is $720 with Payment due at the time of registration. I understand that this release discharges Bergen Elite Cross Country, Track and Field from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the training program with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Bergen Elite Cross Country, Track and Field. This liability waiver and release extends to the training program together with all owners, partners, volunteers and staff. By submitting, this form denotes permission for my child to participate in the Bergen Elite Cross Country, Track and Field Summer Program. a)We reserve the right to nullify enrollment of an athlete if their behavior negatively impacts the quality of the program for other athletes. b) Refunds may be requested in writing by June 1, 2025. No refunds will be given after that date for any reason. Refund amount will not include any money spent on athlete's uniforms or other activities that cannot be reimbursed by the vendor. c) As in any sport, there are inherent risks and injuries may occur. I hereby release and discharge the Westwood Regional School District, its Coaches, Board Members, officials, volunteers, commissions, sponsors or associations from any and all actions for losses, damages or personal injury to myself and my child that may occur or arise from my child's participation in the Bergen County Elite Track & Field Training. In the event of an emergency when I am not present or can't be released, I permit Bergen County Elite Track & Field Training staff to seek medical assistance for my child should it be necessary. d) Photos of my child may be taken for publicity purposes and may be shared on the team's Facebook page and for team events.
