Full-Time Students' Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition Refunds
If student has:	Refund will be:
Enrolled in career major but not started or for a course credited through advanced standing	100%
Completed up to 25% of scheduled hours for career major	75%
Completed between 25% and 50% of scheduled hours for career major	50%
Completed between 50% and 75% of scheduled hours for career major	25%
Completed 75% or more of scheduled hours for career major	0%

No refunds will be given for books, supplies, or any other non-tuition items. If a full-time student’s tuition is paid through financial aid or agency assistance, refunds will be handled according to the rules and policies of the tuition source.

Short Term Refund Policy
Prior to second course meeting: Full refund less $10.00 processing fee.
After second course meeting: NO REFUND

Refunds must be requested in writing, prior to second course meeting. Please allow at least three weeks for refund processing. Tuition is refundable in full if the course is cancelled by Metro Technology Centers. Books and supply costs are nonrefundable after issue.
