Please read the Policies and Procedures for Summer Camp:

Summer Camp will be held at Seed to Sprout Preschool, located at 3598 W. Raphi Place in South Jordan.
Pick-up and Drop-off will take place at the school bus stop located just outside of the neighborhood on River Heights Drive. Campers will gather at the drop-off area and walk to the home under the care of a Camp Counselor. Please do not leave your child unattended at the drop-off area.
Drop-off will take place from 9:00-9:05 am and pick-up will take place from 11:25-11:30.
South Jordan City restricts business traffic within neighborhoods, so if you are are late, you will need to park on River Heights and walk to the house.
Children attending summer camp need to be potty trained and should require only minimal help in the bathroom. We will not be able to change diapers at summer camp.
Children will be grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate activities. If you have a circumstance where you would prefer an older/younger sibling pair to remain together, please reach out prior to making payment to discuss whether this request can be accommodated.
Groups will be run by youth camp counselors and supervised by a Seed to Sprout Preschool teacher.
Session Fees are non-refundable, even if you are not able to participate in part or all of Summer Camp.

I will follow the drop-off and pick-up procedures, including not driving into the neighborhood if I'm late for drop-off or pick-up.My session fee is non-refundable, even if I am unable to attend part or all of the camp.I give Jennifer Zollinger permission to perform or seek any urgent medical attention that my child may need while at summer camp and release her from liability for injuries received at summer camp.

Seed to Spout agrees to:

Provide developmentally appropriate activities and social opportunities for each camper.
Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all campers.
Manage difficult behaviors in a positive and gentle manner.

To minimize fees, I am no longer accepting credit card payments. All fees may be paid using Venmo. Please enter your Venmo name below and after your registration form has been submitted and reviewed, I will send a payment request. When payment is received, your child's spot will be secured.

Note that if you are registering siblings, a fee of $85 will be applied to the first child and a reduced fee of $80 will be applied to additional children.

Discounts are applied to siblings only! If you are enrolling multiple children from different families (cousins, friends, etc) on the same form, the single camper fee will be applied to each child.
