At no additional cost, the first 20 vendors to respond are also invited to have a vendor table at the LTSS Summit, hosted by the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority on Wednesday, November 5th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Theme: Horizons of Care: Helping Families. Improving Services and Support
Mission: This comprehensive forum, held on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, is designed to bring together external stakeholders (including providers, advocates, HCBS beneficiaries and their families, and elected officials) and state agency leaders for a full day of integrated discussion and collaborative action on Oklahoma's Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs.
Throughout the day, our central focus will be on how we, as a state, can continue to provide a product that best serves our citizens who need long-term services and supports. Participants will learn about the various LTSS programs, initiatives, and the future of our Medicaid LTSS programs.
A significant portion of the day will be dedicated to gathering feedback on how to improve access, coordination of care, and communication with the state.

Educational Vouchers
Will Childcare Be Provided?
No. There will not be any accommodations for children at the conference.
However, Caregivers planning to attend the Conference may be eligible to receive an Educational Voucher.
$50 for a half day or $100 for a full day. Limited availability.
Guidelines for Caregivers to receive Lifespan Respite Grant Vouchers for Educational Events:
Caregivers are full-time, unpaid caregivers providing care 8 or more hours in a 24 hour period;Caregivers and Care Receivers are full-time Oklahoma residents;Care recipients need alternative caregiving during the educational event;Caregivers must be registered for the event; andCaregivers must complete an application prior to the educational event.Vouchers are not a stipend.
Vouchers are not available for children /adults who are attending school, on waivered services or receiving DDS Adult Day Services.
