Earth Day 2025 Exhibitor Application

Join MUD for this this family-friendly event celebrating our Earth by exhibiting your sustainably-minded business or nonprofit with the Missoula Community. Space is limited, so please fill out the form below by April 11th to ensure space will be provided for you. Thank you!

This year, our event's theme will be "Our Power, Our Planet!" Exhibitors are encouraged to provide an interactive, family-friendly activity for attendees. Need help planning an activity, we're happy to help!

Each organization will receive enough space for one 6-foot table and two chairs. Please bring your own table.

This year, MUD's Sustainability Fair will be held on Saturday, April 19th from 12-4 pm at 1527 Wyoming Street. Set up will begin at 10 am and we ask all to be set up by 11:45 am at the latest.
