  • CLIPA Lead Program Terms & Conditions

    By enrolling in the CLIPA Lead Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Participation in this program is subject to ongoing compliance with these standards and requirements.
  • Program Eligibility and Access

    • Application does not guarantee participation. All applications are subject to review and approval by CLIPA.
    • CLIPA Members have first rights to territories. Non-members may be placed on a waitlist or assigned territories only if no current member claims the area. To gain priority access and additional member benefits, visit https://clipa.com/membership/.
    • CLIPA reserves the right to limit participation in specific territories based on availability and demand.

    Lead Availability Disclaimer:
    Participation in the CLIPA Lead Program does not guarantee the receipt of leads. Lead volume may vary based on factors such as seasonality, territory demand, customer activity, and competition. While we strive to provide consistent and high-quality leads, CLIPA makes no guarantees regarding the quantity, frequency, or timing of lead distribution.
     

    Lead Fees and Billing

    • Residential leads are charged at $25 per lead.
    • All leads are billed weekly using the credit card on file.
    • A valid credit card is required to participate in the Lead Program.
    • Upon acceptance, you will be charged a one-time $25 administrative fee.

    This fee covers:

    • Account setup and onboarding
    • Lead routing configuration
    • Initial territory assignment
    • Business verification and compliance review. The same credit card used for the admin fee will be used for ongoing lead billing.

     

    Duplicate Lead Policy:
    If you receive a duplicate lead that you have already obtained through another source, you must report it to info@clipa.com within 24 hours of receipt. Duplicate leads submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed and, if confirmed, will either be credited to your account or not charged, depending on whether the lead has already been billed. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review or credit.

     

    Lead Communication

    • All leads will be delivered via email from info@clipa.com.
      Please add this address to your contacts or whitelist it to avoid missed opportunities.
    • By enrolling, you agree to receive customer lead notifications, including service request details and contact information.

     

    Program Standards
    Participants in the Lead Program are required to uphold the following standards:

    1. Timely Response to Leads
    Installers must respond to all assigned leads within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the program.
    2. Professionalism
    Participants must conduct business with honesty, integrity, and respect. Customer interactions should reflect positively on CLIPA and the industry as a whole.
    3. Quality Workmanship
    All installations must meet or exceed industry standards for safety, design, and durability.
    4. Insurance and Compliance
    Participants must maintain active business insurance and remain in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to their work.
    5. Customer Follow-Up
    Installers are expected to provide excellent customer service, including follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.

    Program Removal
    CLIPA reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant from the Lead Program for the following reasons:

    • Failure to respond to leads in a timely manner
    • Persistent customer complaints or negative feedback
    • Unprofessional behavior or failure to meet workmanship standards
    • Non-compliance with insurance or regulatory requirements
    • Any other conduct deemed damaging to the integrity of the program

     

    Text Message Consent
    By selecting the option to receive text messages, you consent to receive a one-time message from CLIPA containing a customer's request for Christmas light installation services.

    • This message will include the customer’s contact information and service details.
    • Standard message and data rates may apply.
    • No additional messages will be sent unless further communication is initiated by you.

    Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel your participation in the CLIPA Lead Program at any time. To do so, simply send a written notice of cancellation via email to info@clipa.com. There are no long-term contracts or commitments — you’re free to opt out whenever it no longer serves your business needs.

    Please note: Once you cancel, your assigned territory will be released and made available to other interested participants. If you decide to rejoin the program in the future, availability in your original territory is not guaranteed and will be subject to current program capacity and CLIPA member priority.

     

    By enrolling in the CLIPA Lead Program, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. Continued participation is contingent on compliance with these standards.
