WILD FLOWER eco advetures are inspired by the song Wildflower: When a flower grows wild, it can always survive. Wildflowers don't care, where they grow. ~ Dolly Parton
A 2018 research study* found that "Women identified the most challenging aspects of midlife as changing family relationships, re-balancing work/personal life, re-discovering self, securing enough resources, and coping with multiple co-occurring stressors. Within these themes the most frequently reported challenges were: multiple co-occurring stressors, divorce/breaking up with a partner, health problems of self, and death of parents." If those multiple transitions (not to mention menopause!) resonate with you, this class is designed for you!
This is one class with 3 guided/facilitated small group outdoor experiences for women over 45. Each outdoor experience is designed to build confidence, community and connection: essential tools for midlife transitions.
