  • We are now accepting applications for our next season (September to May)

    This agreement is for the terms of vendor space at the Port Saint Lucie Green Markets. There are 2 Markets. Sundays 9am to 2pm In front of the MidFlorida Event Center

  • Market Cancellation Policy
    All vendors requires to give atleast 7 day notice to cancel a reservation. For example cancellation must be made by 7am the Sunday prior to you attendance. This gives the market an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a credit for the vendor fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not receive a refund of the vendor fee paid for the market day. Emergency cancellation refunds will be determined case by case. All cancellations must be emailed to Livemarketsevents@gmail.com.

  • Payments
    All payments are made to Live Markets & Events LLC. via cash or zelle to mobile #(772)275-2227 or via credit card link. If you will not be attending the market you must always communicate this to the market manager. Penalties will be put in place for continuous negligence of communication.

  • Please Intial the Following Procedures (LME stands for Live Marketing Events): 

  • I (vendor name), understand my signature on this document affirms that I will comply with the provisions and regulations of the Code of the City of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. I further certify that all the information contained in this contract/agreement and all documentation submitted
    herewith is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Further, I understand that the application and its attachments become part of the official records of Live Markets & Events LLC and are not returnable.

    In consideration of the city's grant of allowance of usage of city property for the Port Saint Lucie Green markets, I the Vendor, agree to indemnify and hold the City of Port Saint Lucie & Live Markets & Events LLC, its official officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses and/or causes of
    action of whatsoever type, including, but not limited to claims resulting from the injury or death of any person or property damage which arise from or relate to any negligence or intentional act or omission of the Applicant/ Vendor or the Applicants agents, employees, customers, contractors, or subcontractors, during
    the use of city's facilities and or the course of the Markets.

    By signing below, I have read and understand this document and sign it freely and knowingly, intending that it shall be fully operative and effective in all respects and that it waives legal rights to which I might otherwise be entitled.

  • Vendor Fee Agreement
    Vendor agrees to pay Live Markets & Events LLC all fees applicable to the vendor per the agreement. The daily vendor fee may change based upon operational needs and structure of the market. The following vendor fees
    are based on a 10x10 spot size. Any other spot sizes must be discussed and upon agreement a fee addendum will be made.

    Vendors/ Artist Showcase/ Educational Booths
    • Weekly Committed Featured Vendor fee-are tbd

    Promotional Booths
    (any business/corporation using a booth to promote businesses or services)

    Food Truck/ Food Trailer/ Hot Food vendors
    (if you require a Fire Safety Inspection this is the fee)

    Payments
    • Payments can be made by cash,Zelle, or Credit Card.
