  • Certificate of Insurance: is required in the Commercial Office non later than August 1, 2025. After this date you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged for the Fair's CFSA Insurance.

  • Proposed commercial products, prices, and pictures of your booth:

    List ALL items that you would like to SELL, EXHIBIT or PROMOTE (with prices). Items must be typed on a separate document and attached to this application or you will not be considered. Products allowed, including the number of booths selling specific items will be at the discretion of Fair Management. Item lists must be SPECIFIC, no generalizations such as accessories, related products, etc., or other vague descriptions. No products may be added or removed from your contracted list without prior approval from Fair Management. Products not listed on your contract will not be permitted for sale. You will be required to immediately remove any items not listed on your contract from your booth. Noncompliance may result in closure and removal of your booth from the fairgrounds. Fair Management reserves the right to determine whether an item is considered offensive or in poor taste, and to prohibit the sale/display of any such item. If you do not include your typed product list/prices and pictures we will not keep your application for 2025.

    *Any booth found to be subleased will receive a minimum $1,000 fine and will not be able to return to The Big Fresno Fair in the future.

  • Booth Options/Pricing:

    50% deposit will be required 15 days after you receive and sign your contract. Full payment must be made by September 1.

    New this year - Each booth location will receive TWO Season Admission badges per location at no additional cost.


    10' x 10 - Building Location - In-Line Booth: $1,500
    10' x 10 - Building Locations - Corner Booth: $2,000
    10' x 10' - Outside Location - Price per 10'x10': $1,800


    Indoor Electricity - Mandatory fee - 110v 20amp: $150

    Outdoor Electricity - Mandatory fee - 110v 20 amp: $200

    The following options require additional fees:
  • RV Space Request:

    Price $525 (includes TWO badges and ONE vehicle parking pass). Badges will get you onto the fairgrounds and into the RV Park. Anyone staying in the RV lots must have a photo ID badge. ALL VEHICLES PARKED MUST HAVE A PERMIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT A PERMIT WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENCE.

  • I agree to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated in this application. The application in no way implies or guarantees that a space will be offered. The Big Fresno Fair reserves the right to refuse any application and may refuse to execute or contract without giving reason. The Big Fresno Fair also reserves the right to relocate a stand at any time for the betterment of the fair. Vendor agrees to view the Commerical Vendor Handbook and abide by the rules and regulations therein.
