By filling out and submitting this form you are not and will not hold THE VIBE TRIBE AT THE CENTER accountable for any damages to property or persons at or during an event put on by THE VIBE TRIBE AT THE CENTER. You also understand that all fees paid to THE VIBE TRIBE AT THE CENTER are final and no refund will be issued for any reason. If THE VIBE TRIBE does not put on a show on a preset date the payer will be credited that amount paid towards a spot at an upcoming event within 364 days from the original date of the originally paid show date. Please understand that even though you may become ill or have other emergencies but we use funds collected for shows to pay for the venue, advertising, administrative costs and such. We can not give refund or credit if the show goes on. Calling or emailing at least 24 hrs prior to the show to cancel WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ACCEPTED TO FUTURE SHOWS.
