  • Greetings! 

    My name is Dr. Laura Mae Lindo and I am the host of Everyday Politics with Laura Mae Lindo on Rogers Television. 

    With a provincial election under way in Ontario during Black History Month, I have dedicated February on my show to exploring the needs of Black residents across the province.

    During these tumultuous political times, it is imperative that we get a sense of each party's commitment to Black communities across Ontario. To bring these conversations out from behind closed doors, I have invited all party leaders to join me in a Special Episode during the week of February 21st, 2025 called "A Promise to Black Communities."

    Each major political party leader has been invited to participate in this discussion.

    But I need your help. 

    My team is collecting questions from Black-serving organizations and Black residents across Ontario to address key issues impacting our communities.

    Your voice is essential in ensuring that our concerns are taken seriously.
