MITA Scholarship Application Form

Application Deadline - April 12th, 2025
In oreder to be considered for one of the MITA scholaships, students must submit the following by APRIL 12, 2025.

Complete this application providing the required personal information and uploading the following documents:
1. An official school transcript
2. A typed personal statement, written in English describing the impact the study of Italian has had on your life and its role in your future.
To complete your application you will still need two other documents:
1. an "Italian Teacher Evaluation Form" (provided by your Italian teacher)
2. a letter of recommendation from a different teacher or administrator.
