Summary

The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.

The Photographer is responsible for providing the Client a photographic service as detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Photographer for photographic services at the price identified below.

Services

Services will be provided by the Photographer as follows:

Wedding Packages:

Simple Elopement Package ($350) -- One photographer. Up to 2-3 Hours continuous minutes of photography of Ceremony/Reception. Travel included. 100-250 Edited Images. Couples Portraits. Family Photos. Pre-Session Planning. USB Supplied. Online Gallery ready within 2-3 days, ready to be downloaded at no extra costs. Preview of 5-8 images will be featured on Nicole's Captured Moments Facebook page within 7 days following the wedding.Essential Wedding Package ($800) -- One professional photographer. Up to 4-6 Hours (continuous) hours shooting time. Travel included. 300-500 Edited Images. Ceremony & Reception Coverage. Pre-Session Planning. USB Supplied. Online Gallery ready within 2-3 weeks, ready to be downloaded at no extra costs. Preview of 5-8 images will be featured on Nicole's Captured Moments Facebook page within 7 days following the wedding.Most Popular Wedding Package ($1,300) -- One professional photographer. Up to 8 (continuous) hours shooting time. Ceremony & Reception Coverage. Travel included. 500-800 Edited Images. Pre-Session Planning. USB Supplied. Sneak Peeks Within 24-48 Hours. Online Gallery ready within 2-3 weeks, ready to be downloaded at no extra costs. Preview of 5-8 images will be featured on Nicole's Captured Moments Facebook page within 7 days following the wedding.

BOOKING RETAINER

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the wedding date and services of the Photographer. Dates are not held until both the signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

:AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

The wedding package total is due ONE MONTH before wedding date. Payments can be split up leading up to the wedding in a payment plan that is agreed upon between the client and Nicole's Captured Moments. No photography will be fulfilled without payment in full 30 days before the wedding date stated in this contract.

Change of Date or Venue: Nicole's Captured Moments must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by phone or sent via email for documentation. It is the client's responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information as listed, the client must notify Nicole's Captured Moments.

Exclusive Photographer: Nicole's Captured Moments shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the clients and other wedding vendors SHALL NOT interfere with the photographer's duties. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of wedding services to ensure proper exposure of images.

Cancellation or Postponement Policy: If the Client cancels the booking, the retainer paid is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, additional fees may apply depending on work already completed.

Meals & Breaks: For weddings exceeding 5 hours of coverage, a meal and short break for the Photographer is appreciated.

Creative License: Images are edited at the photographer's (Nicole's Captured Moments) discretion, and delivered images may not include all images shot. The photographer (Nicole's Captured Moments) reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. All images released are high resolution JPEG. RAW files are not released.

Archival of Images: After you receive your images, Nicole's Captured Moments archives the photos after TWO years, please be sure that you and your family/friends download the images they want before hand.

Printing of The Images: The photographer is not responsible for any prints that are not ordered directly through Nicole's Captured Moments.

Delivery of Products: Client will receive their final high resolution, hand edited JPEG images via an online gallery no later than three weeks following the wedding date. This does not include any requests by client for further edits or enhancements.

The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety. Only the bride and groom (or signers of this document) can discuss any problems that arise.

We kindly ask you get in touch with us two weeks prior to the date of your event to touch base and go over last minute details. We will make every effort to contact you, but it is the client's responsibility to contact Nicole's Captured Moments to confirm wedding details and times.

Nicole's Captured Moments retains the copyright to all images produced by Nicole's Captured Moments and/or subcontractors. The client understands the images given on USB's cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet need to be credited images to Nicole's Captured Moments
