Term and Conditions
Deposit and Payment
RM100 booking deposit to lock your date. Balance payment is required prior end of photoshoot or event.
Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking , the deposit will not be refunded.
Time
Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the selected shooting time, to avoid overlapping times. Slot changes must be notified 3 days in advance.
*Late arrivals will be continued with the remaining time only and no refunds will be charged
Time changes will follow the shooting time that is still vacant. Time changes are only free for one change. A RM50 charge will be applied for the second change.
Delivery Time
Edited Photo will be submitted within 3-7 days.
All Photo will be submitted via Google drive link
Google drive link will expired within 2 month after link been submitted.
Transportation
Free transportation fee is only free within the Kuching area only.
Equipment Damage
Any damage caused by the client during the photoshoot session in studio will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Copyright
The images produced are still under the copyright of MFA Studio and the images can be used for Promotional purposes.
