Ordner:innen
Die Ordner:innen sind dafür da, die Demonstration und die Teilnehmer:innen zu schützen – nicht, um als Kontrollinstanz zu fungieren. Sie helfen dabei, die Route einzuhalten, sorgen für einen sicheren Ablauf und stehen als Ansprechpersonen zur Verfügung. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, deeskalierend zu wirken, Orientierung zu bieten und potenzielle Gefahren – etwa von außen kommende Störungen – frühzeitig zu erkennen. Sie stehen solidarisch an der Seite der Demonstrierenden und greifen nur ein, um Sicherheit und Schutz zu gewährleisten, nicht um Teilnehmende zu kontrollieren. Laut EU-Gesetz müssen alle Ordner:innen an einer Demo eine EU-Staatsbürgerschaft haben.
Care-Team
Das Care-Team ist für das das körperliche und mentale Wohlbefinden, die emotionale Unterstützung und Deeskalation von Konflikten während der Demonstration zuständig. Das Team bietet einen Anlaufpunkt für Teilnehmer:innen, die Diskriminierung, Belästigung oder Unbehagen erleben. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, einen sicheren Raum zu gewährleisten, zuzuhören, bei Konflikten zu vermitteln und Personen auf weiterführende Ressourcen hinzuweisen. Auf der Demoroute gibt es einen mobilen und vier fixe Stützpunkte:

Description of posts
Stewards
The stewards are there to support the demonstration and protect the participants – not to act as a controlling authority. They help to keep to the route, ensure a safe process and are available as contact persons. Their task is to have a de-escalating effect, provide guidance and recognize potential dangers – such as external disturbances – at an early stage. They stand in solidarity with the demonstrators and only intervene to ensure safety and protection, not to control participants. According to EU law, all stewards at demonstrations are required to hold an EU citizenship.
Care team
The care team is responsible for providing physical and mental wellbeing, emotional support, and de-escalating conflicts during the demonstration. It provides a point of contact for participants who experience discrimination, harassment or discomfort. Their task is to ensure a safe space, listen, mediate conflicts if necessary and refer people to further resources. There is one mobile and four fixed bases on the demo route:
