              Conditions of entry 

              We have the right to refuse entries and cancel any class is there are insufficient entries. The refund policy can be found on the KTS website

              Your name, membership number and contact details will be passed to TRECGB who may contact you but not share your details with other organisations (unless an insurance claim is made) Please contact TRECGB if you do not want you details to be stored by them.

              I understand that photographs & videos may be taken druing the event and may be used for press releases, printed publicity on the TRECGB (and affiliated clubs) websites and social media pages.

              KTS – use of social media 
              We use our social media channels to share news, updates and information about events for Keysoe & Three Shires Trec Club. We are happy to help you in any way that we can and encourage you to share your views and feedback. 
              We do however expect you to do so in a calm and polite way, and you can expect the same from us. To help with this, here are our page rules: 
              all users must comply with the social media platform's Terms of Use 
              you are wholly responsible for any content you post, including content that you choose to share 
              We reserve the right to take action in relation to social media posts or messages which: 
              are abusive, harassing or threatening, including to volunteers, club officals, riders and spectators. 
              use discriminatory or offensive language/swear words which are intended to cause concern/harm or intimidate 
              are defamatory or libellous 
              may be in contempt of court 
              break any UK law or regulation, or may incite someone/people to break the law 
              are spam (including the repeated posting of a message which is the same or substantially similar) 
              contain inappropriate material 
              disrupt our ability to support other community members. 
              Any such action may result in one, or all, of the following: 
              removing the offending post 
              blocking the user 
              reporting them to the social media platform in question

              If the competitor is under 18 on the day of the competition a parent or gudardian must sign a parental consent form to be sent to ktstrec@gmail.com

              Code of Conduct

               
              FITE & TREC GB require all those involved in equstrian sport to adhere to the FEI Code of Conduct for the Welfare of the Horse (see app 1 in the TRECGB rule book) and accept that at all time the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences. 
              In addition, the following behaviour by competitors or officials will not be accepted at any TRECGB or KTS events: 
              Conduct in a manner which is offensive to the public, competitors, judges, organisers or any other official 
              Arguing with a judge, official or other competitor, use of abusive or threatening language, or behaving with contempt towards a judge, official, volunteer or competitor 
              Ill treatment in any way of a horse at any time or in any circumstance 
              Dangerous riding or driving at the venue (max speed limit 10mph) 
              Breaking the rules 
              Failing to obey any reasonable instruction given by a judge, offical, organiser or technical delegate 
               
              If a competitor, offical or spectator is reported for one of the above they may be asked to leave the field, disqualified from the event and the matter maybe investigated by a disciplinary panel.
