We'd love to learn a little bit more about your group's needs.

We receive a high volume of sponsorship requests. This form allows us to better consolidate responses and ensure the requests we take on fit our company guidelines.

1. Will your organization be able to provide a 501(c)(3) donation receipt for our donation?*

A donation receipt is a written acknowledgement of a donation that allows it to be tax deductible. Most importantly it has your organization's tax ID and specifies your group is a 501(c)(3).

Your group is obligated to provide a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible donation receipt addressed to our group. Once we receive your organization's donation receipt first, then our donation will be mailed out.

Terms of Sponsorship

We require all groups that we sponsor to follow up with a 501(c)(3) tax-donation receipt and photos / proof of the donation in effect*. This is so we can ensure our annual sponsorship expense is being used for good and follows our company guidelines.

1. Prior to receiving the donation, your group is obligated to provide a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible donation receipt addressed to our group:

2. Upon our group agreeing to pursue the requested sponsorship, your group is in agreement to provide us proof* regarding the event within a week of the quoted sponsorship durations conclusion.

*Proof includes photos of the event or photographic evidence that our ad has been printed on marketing materials etc.
