You will receive a mixed selection of premium and comfort cuts, together with mince and sausages.

Although we'd all love all premium cuts, as you are purchasing a part of the whole cow and there is a higher proportion of comfort cuts, mince and sausages, your mixed box will reflect this.

The sausages are free from; preservatives, nitrates, sausage meal and rice flour.

It is single origin beef meat plus herbs and spices.

It does contain milk powder and cheese for those with dairy allergies / intolerances.
