Using the guest house facilities and/or equipment is at the sole risk and liability of the guest and as a guest, I will not hold the establishment responsible for any claim whatsoever. I understand that usage of the island beach and swimming or snorkeling around the island is at my own risk and sole responsibility. I am aware that the nature surrounding us including but not limited to; lagoon, marine life, current, tides, waves and transportations are unpredictable. As such it may cause injuries or even death. Therefore, I remain solely responsible for any consequences caused due to such unforeseen circumstances. I would refer to the guide provided in my guest room indicating the safety and swimming zones.
I understand that respecting the local island culture and religion is of utmost importance and I will abide by local laws and respect the religion and culture of the island. Ukulhas Sands, its employees, owners and shareholders, accept no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, death or loss associated with the use of the island beach, lagoon, reef and the surrounding areas.
