 I will work to get your group the best price available. Please fill out the Travel Quote Request Form in its entirety. There is a non‑refundable research fee per destination, and each fee includes up to two quotes.

If your group is requesting a cruise quote only, you can choose two different cruise lines from the dropdown below. After you submit the form, you’ll be contacted within 24–48 business hours if I need more details to finalize your cruise options.

If you’re planning a multi‑destination vacation, each destination requires its own form and its own research fee. Group quotes are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, though holidays may extend processing time — travel magic takes time, not miracles.

Rush Fee: If you need your quote fast, select the rush option at checkout. Your travel options will be delivered within 48 business hours.

Business Hours: I operate during standard business hours, Tuesday–Friday 11am–6pm. Requests submitted after hours or on weekends will be handled on the next business day. Rush service is available if you need a faster turnaround. I love what I do, but healthy boundaries keep your trip planning running smoothly and ensure I deliver my best work every time.

 
✨ Group Booking Window After Deposit
Once the initial group deposit has been applied, all travelers will have 7 days to submit their individual bookings. Any bookings requested after the 7‑day window will require a new research fee and will be subject to current pricing and availability at that time.

 
✨ Group Flight Policy
For group reservations, Eyescream Travel books resort accommodations and transfers only. Flights are not included in group packages and must be booked individually by each traveler.

As a courtesy, I provide a complimentary flight overview (airline + general flight times) to help travelers book their own flights confidently. This information is for self‑booking purposes only.

 When it comes to group cruises, you may ask, why do I need to book with a travel agent, right? Well, I'm glad you asked. There are many great benefits and reasons why you should book your group cruise with a travel agent versus booking on your own. As travel agents, we work directly with the cruise lines. We have access to more cabin options, competitive pricing, flexible payment options, group perks that only we as agents can offer, and the most important benefit of them all is that you speak to only one person during the entire process, so you'll never ask the same questions and get a different answer.

I think we all agree that it's much easier speaking to one person about payments, cancellations, and changes when it comes to vacations.

Oh wait, don't forget that you, as the group leader, have to relate all the updates to your group. Once you book with Eyescream Travel, we do all the work. We handle communication, we handle changes and give recommendations, we work to get you the best rates even after you've booked your cruise. So, what are you waiting for? I’m here to find you the best value for your trip, but I need you to meet me halfway. I can’t work with no budget. If I don’t know what your group is comfortable spending, I’m basically guessing—and that slows everything down. Please give me a realistic per‑person estimate so I can match your expectations with options that actually fit your price point. The clearer you are, the faster I can get your quote together.

This is a quote request only, and all quotes are subject to change until the time of booking. As you review, discuss, or shop around, please remember that excursions, rooms, and cabins don’t wait — they can be snatched up by other travelers at any time.

There is a cancellation fee of up to $50 per person for cruises and $100 per person for hotel or resort vacations, which will be deducted from any refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all vacation packages. If you decide to decline it, a waiver will be required — no exceptions.
