Agreement!
Rental Terms
1- The Renter agrees to rent hair extensions from E.T styles for a period of one day, specifically for use on the date of the event.
2- If the Renter intends to use the Extensions for multiple days, a different rental amount will be determined and agreed upon by both parties.
3- The rental fee includes the cost of using the Extensions but does not include any additional services such as styling, application, maintenance, or accessories.
4- The Renter agrees to return the Extensions to the following address: Owner's Address: 553 61st Street, west new york nj, 07093 ; no later than five (3) days after the event date.
5- The Renter is responsible for all shipping or mailing expenses incurred in returning the Extensions to the Owner. The Extensions must be properly packaged and insured during transit.
6- Extensions must be postmarked within 3 days of the event date. There is a $50/day late charge if the extensions are not mailed back within 3 days. This will be charged to your card payment. Max 5 days return window before loss of deposit.
Care and Responsibility:
7- The Renter agrees to handle the Extensions with care and use them only for their intended purpose.
8- The Renter accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs to the Extensions during the rental period, from the time of receipt until the time of return.
9- If the Renter fails to return the Extensions, they will be liable for the full cost of the Extensions $500+
10- The Owner shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, discomfort, or damages caused by the Extensions.
11- This Agreement shall terminate automatically upon the return of the Extensions to the Owner in the condition they were received, as determined solely by the Owner.
12- Cancellation and Refunds: If the Renter wishes to cancel the rental order, they must notify the Lessor at least 5 days before the agreed-upon delivery/pickup date. A cancellation fee may apply, and the Lessor's cancellation policy will determine the refund amount.
13- The client is not responsible for cleaning extensions as our team will disinfect for you.
Upon receipt, the extensions will be inspected to ensure there is no damage, missing wefts, discoloration, etc. If extensions are returned damage free, the remaining deposit after being charged the rental fee, will be returned.
