Family Promise: Request for Shelter Services
  •  Program Overview

This application is for the Overnight Shelter Program only and is available to individuals in the Collin County area

Family Promise of Collin County is not an emergency shelter; we offer a structured program to help families with children regain stability through our Help, Hope, Housing model.

We provide shelter, food, and essential support services to assist families on their journey. Through case management and financial education, we empower families to build a strong foundation for the future. We also help families secure stable housing by providing financial assistance for deposits and fees.

Families stay at our facility while working toward three main goals: earning income, saving money, and securing housing. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.

If you are experiencing homelessness and are seeking shelter proceed with this application.
