Athlete Transfer Request - Gymnastics NSW

Please note the gymnast’s Current Club has 30 days to approve this request as per the Gymnastics Australia’s National Club Administration Policy.

If the Current Club takes no action to approve or deny a pending transfer within 30 days, the transfer will automatically be approved.

If the Current Club denies a transfer due to still training at the Club, this participant may be registered for the current year to the Outgoing Club as the primary club and to the In-Coming Club as the secondary (multi-club). If the Current Club denies the transfer due to the participant (or their family) owing fees of over $50.00 incurred within the last 3 years, this transfer will need to be requested again by the new Club once this issue has been resolved.
