Responsible Educated Advocate for the Development of Youth, Inc. (R.E.A.D.Y. Inc.) RE.A.D.Y. Inc., its instructors, and volunteers are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants in the Ready 2000 Inc. workshop program. However, by signing this policy statement, participants, parents, and guardians agree to release R.E.A.D.Y. Inc., its instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any harm, danger, damage, or physical injuries that may occur while participating in activities associated with the program. This release acknowledges that participation in any program or activity involves some level of risk. R.E.A.D.Y. Inc. will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants but will not assume liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in the workshop program. By signing below, participants, parents, or guardians confirm that they have read and understood this policy statement and agree to release RE.A.D. Y. Inc. and its representatives from any claims or liabilities that may arise during the program.

Ready 2000, Inc. I hereby grant Ready 2000, Inc., its representatives, and authorized affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken of me or my child during program activities for promotional purposes. These purposes may include, but are not limited to, publications, advertisements, social media content, newsletters, websites, and other materials used to promote Ready 2000, Inc. and its initiatives. I understand that these media assets may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from their use.
