  • Name Change Needs

  • Name Changes: We help trans and gender-expansive young adults (18-26) navigate the legal process of updating their identification documents to reflect their chosen name. We understand that having documents that don't match who you are can create significant barriers in daily life and impact your wellbeing. We'll guide you step-by-step through the court procedures, help you understand your rights, and work to make the process as smooth as possible so you can move forward with documentation that truly represents you. We can advise you on your rights relating to gender marker changes, which is a very involved process in Georgia.
