2025 Horsemanship Summer Camp- Hailey's Horsemanship LLC

Welcome to our 2025 Horesmanship Summer Camp Registration!

We are so excited to work with your kiddos! Below is a list of only a few among the many fun activities for your horse-loving kiddo to look forward to!

Our camps are available to individuals age 6-17. Due to the range of ages, each week will have groups with similar ages to best accommodate your child. Each week will have at least 2 riding instructors supervising, and a camp counselor per horse/rider. Our riding instructors hold current First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support credentials.

We will be supplying snacks, but it will be required that all campers bring a packed lunch, as well as a large water bottle (we will have refilling stations).

In your Confirmation Email, you will receive an information packet containing Hailey's Horsemanship LLC Policies and Procedures, as well as appropriate dress code for Summer Camp.

Camper Registration Fees can be paid through Quickbooks, Zelle and PayPal, and must be completed in order to complete our registration process. You do not need to have a Zelle account for payment, and may use a credit card or debit card through Quickbooks for payment.

**If scheduling allows, please have a backup camp week in mind- If there is low enrollment for the week that you have selected, we will be reaching out to you in order to have more kiddos together.**

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the registered who is currently under the age of 18, grant permission for the registered camper to attend 2025 Horsemanship Summer Camp- Hailey's Horsemanship LLC.

I understand that horses are unpredictable and even the most docile animal can and may step on, bite, push off balance, stumble, throw or otherwise injure any person working with or around it. I will exercise safety precautions for my own protection, and I agree to abide by the policies and procedures by Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC, as such policies may be amended from time to time. I also agree to exercise proper care and conduct at all times while on or near any horse.

Neither Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC or any of its officers, instructors, volunteers, participants, employees, agents or owners of the property where Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events are conducted shall be held liable for any claims, demands, injuries or damages, arising out of or in connection with my participation in any Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC event.

I further acknowledge that I will not hold Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC, its officers, instructors, volunteers, participants, employees, agents or owners of the property where Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events are conducted, liable or responsible for any injury sustained by me while participating in activities at sites where horse riding lessons and related events may be held. I ride and/or participate at my own risk, assume full responsibility, and agree to take all necessary precautions to prevent any and all accidents. These precautions include, but are not limited to, the wearing or choice to not wear approved protective headgear.

I hereby release Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC, its officers, instructors, volunteers, participants, employees, agents as well as the owner of the property, where lessons or other Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events occur, from all liability for property damage and personal injury to me, and I assume the risk of injury which I may sustain arising from approaching, handling, or riding a horse in connection with Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC activities including my own.

This agreement shall apply to any horse or horses being used or maintained upon the ground where Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events are being held, or any person or equipment affiliated with said event.

Furthermore, I assume full responsibility and liability for the conduct and safety of any and all persons I bring onto the property where Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events are conducted, including minors.

Warning: Under Arizona Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for any injury or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities, pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-553.

I have read and understand all of the above and waive any claim which may arise from Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC, its officers, instructors, volunteers, participants, employees, agents or owners of the property where Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events are conducted. This agreement is effective upon signing and continues as long as I participate in Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC events.

I agree to pay all costs and attorney’s fees arising from any suit, legal proceedings or threatened proceedings that are or may be brought by me contrary to the terms of this Agreement.

Once payment has been received, the registration process will be complete. Only one camper may be registered at a time. We advise that you print a copy of your completed form to bring for the first day of camp.
