Welcome to the West Cook YMCA Competitive Swim Team for the 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Short Course Season! This registration form is to participate in the swim season. Please note that Swimmers are required to be members of the West Cook YMCA as well as USA swimming to be a part of the Competitive Swim Team, this season registration form includes options to register for and sign up for needed memberships to finalize registration for the season.

Season Fee Payment Options

For your convenience, we have several payment options for the season fee payments. Please choose the option below that best fits your needs. If you do not see a plan that works well for you, please select the final option, and describe what payment plan you may want us to consider.

Full Short-Course Season: September 8-February 27
Fall Only Season (17 weeks): September 8-December 31
Winter Season (8 weeks): January 1-February 27

Season Fee Payment Plan Request

If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and all payments will be scheduled using the card you have on file. All payments must be made within the season of participation, no later than February 15th for full season participation and with the first payment being made by the first date of the season.
