B. Coaching
1. To help you understand the level of commitment for each coaching option, please read through the following descriptions. Choose the option that aligns best with your goals, schedule, and preferred level of guidance.

a. Weekly 1:1 Coaching: the most hands-on option for daily coaching guidance and accountability. You’ll log your workouts and daily macros on your coaching platform and submit a reflection ahead of your weekly coaching session.
b. Monthly 1:1 Coaching: Similar to option a, with a coaching session once every 4 weeks.
c. Casual Coaching: a flexible option for those seeking weekly coaching feedback. You'll receive personalised training programs based on your progress, submit a weekly reflection with carefully crafted prompts designed to encourage meaningful reflection on your week. In return, you'll receive detailed feedback within 48 hours.
