  • Hotel accommodation rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of full Breakfast, VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy.

    Accommodation Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your reservation up to 2 April 2025 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.

    Reservations cancelled after 2 April 2025 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

    1. 60 to 31 Days: 50% Cancellation fess apply
    2. 30 to 0 Days: 100% Cancellation fees apply

    An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 30th May 2025.

    Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.

    For group reservations terms and conditions, these will be outlined in group contracts.
