FLYER DELIVERY

All participants are expected to help deliver flyers and put up posters etc.

The Widcombe Art Trail entry fee represents extremely good value for participants wishing to sell their artwork. One way we keep down your entry cost is by having the flyers distributed by the exhibitors. Addresses in Widcombe should be covered with the Widcombe Magazine but during the first week of June you will be asked to hand out flyers to friends and family and those in Bath and beyond.

Flyers will be given out to each exhibitor on flyer pickup day. If you are unable to deliver these please find a friend or family member who can do it for you.

We hope you understand this is a necessary commitment of being involved in the Widcombe Art Trail and makes a considerable difference to the number of visitors we achieve.

NB We will try to make sure there are no overlaps but it may be necessary to ask you to deliver elsewhere.
